{"id":2674,"date":"2024-05-29T13:08:23","date_gmt":"2024-05-29T13:08:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.expl.com\/?p=2674"},"modified":"2024-05-29T13:08:24","modified_gmt":"2024-05-29T13:08:24","slug":"explorer-pipeline-company-diluent-expansion-open-season-notice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.expl.com\/explorer-pipeline-company-diluent-expansion-open-season-notice\/","title":{"rendered":"EXPLORER PIPELINE COMPANY DILUENT EXPANSION &#8211; OPEN SEASON NOTICE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On May 29, 2024, Explorer Pipeline Company (\u201c<strong>Explorer<\/strong>\u201d) issued a press release announcing the commencement of a binding open season to secure shipper commitments to support the development of a project that would increase the capacity of a portion of Explorer\u2019s existing system to facilitate the transportation of additional shipments of diluent from U.S. Gulf Coast receipt points to destination points at the Irwin\/Cochin Terminal in Kankakee County, Illinois and the Manhattan\/Southern Lights Terminal in Will County, Illinois (\u201c<strong>Diluent Expansion<\/strong>\u201d). The binding open season commenced on May 29, 2024 and is scheduled to conclude on June 28, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provided below is a high-level summary of the key terms of service for the Diluent Expansion. A more detailed explanation of the key terms of service is provided in the Open Season Procedures, which will be available to any interested shipper upon the execution of a confidentiality agreement.
